In an economic downturn, it becomes even more important to manage the customer's experience-creating engaging customer interactions to build loyalty and repeat business.

Nadine will describe how to create value for customers through the management of the customer experience. She has worked with clients to deliver simple, measurable, bottom-line results. Her approach is to translate experience management thought and theory into business strategy and action, making experience management a business discipline, not just a marketing strategy.

 

About Nadine Schissel

Nadine is the Founder and Chief Experience Officer of Experience Activation, a Minneapolis-based experience management firm. She has spent the last eight years helping a broad range of companies in financial services, education, healthcare, insurance and retail derive the value from experience management strategies that build customer and employee engagement and repeat business.

Prior to founding Experience Activation, Nadine was COO and Director of Consulting for another experience management firm working with companies to manage experiences that create value and build loyalty. She was also President and CEO of DCA, a large benefits and compensation administrator and consulting firm, as well as holding several senior management positions within Marquette Financial Companies in the areas of human resources, organizational effectiveness, sales and marketing administration, and strategic planning.
