Have you ever wondered what the design considerations are for car navigation products? Or how usability inspections are conducted in a drive-testing environment? Have you ever considered creating custom design heuristics? If so, please come along to this upcoming UPA talk, Design and Usability Considerations for Mobile Consumer GPS Products.
We will discuss the human activity of wayfinding and the decisions driver-navigators make in getting from A to B. We'll also discuss how personas, oobies, and other UCD artifacts and techniques are used to improve the User Experience in important and tangible ways.
Hope to see you on the August 9!
