If you didn't make it to the International UPA Conference in June, you
missed a week packed full of great presentations, tutorials, workshops
and events! Lyle personally attended informative sessions on selling
usability, usability & Macromedia Flash, reporting test results better,
innovative product development and others. He also talked to many
people involved with other UPA chapters around the globe. They were eager to
share the things their chapters are doing that might enhance what we're
doing here.
Join us this Thursday at Cargill to hear from a number of conference attendees about what they saw, learned and did at the Conference this year! We'll also draw for a free copy of the conference proceedings - but you've got to be there to win!
Feel free to bring copies of any job openings, product information, announcements or other information you'd like to share with others via the literature table.
Please email Lyle_Kantrovich@cargill.com if you plan to attend. Please indicate the number of guests, if any, you've invited.
Visitors and past members are welcome, but are asked to pay five dollars if they haven't paid chapter dues for the year.
Note that membership runs from January to December, so you'll want to renew your membership now that 2003 is here.
Check future e-mail notices for more details.
Do you have an idea for a future meeting topic or know someone you think would be a good invited speaker? Contact Lyle (lyle_kantrovich@cargill.com) with your suggestions.
