We're seeking an experienced, outgoing IT professional to design interface changes for our provider portal. As a key member our of Plymouth, MN team, the User Interface Analyst will enjoy great benefits, a fast-paced environment, and plenty of future opportunities for growth. Serving as the lead designer for a portal which allows providers to log on and check claims and eligibility, your primary responsibilities would include:

• Ensuring usability for the portal
• Dictating all U/I requirements, anything from font to layout to screen flows, as received from the Business Analyst 
• Designing each project
• Working with a developer who will do the coding and load it into a test environment
• Validating the interface
• Coordinating surveys for providers and collecting and analyzing results to make appropriate suggestions for portal changes
• Serving as an advocate for end users
• Driving the design process
• Delegating work as needed to internal and external parties and ensuring that everyone meets timelines

Required qualifications include:

• Significant experience in a portal environment where you were responsible for the user experience involving transaction-based applications
• Experience creating use cases, screen flows and activity diagrams
• Proficiency with MS Office, Visio, Project, Adobe and U/I design tools

Preferred qualifications include:

• A background in the healthcare or financial industry
• A Bachelor's degree
