Complete Description:
- Strong
conceptual abilities and even stronger design skills. Ability to design
and implement UI solutions to meet client requirements.
- Work
collaboratively with entire project team – Creative, Interactive,
Ops and IT resources – to understand client requirements, interpret
creative briefs, wireframes, and specification documents, and translate
into interactive designs that are technically attractive, appropriate to
the medium, and that drive business results by meeting end-user needs Technically
integrates and enhances site architecture, UI and navigation
- Present
creative concepts and rationale effectively and persuasively to customers
and constituents
- Leads
technical look/feel for all motion graphics (Flash) on projects as
assigned for web sites, microsites, online marketing campaigns, etc.
- Coordinates
and communicates with technical, strategic and project management team on
stages of design
- Knowledge
with web development environments, including XHTML/CSS-P, and ability to
design appropriately for their related benefits and constraints
- Understanding
of developing usable and accessible websites (as defined by w3c and ADA)
- Hands
on experience with Portal and content.
- Ability
to work within or establish brand look/feel •
- Design,
Art School or Advertising School Graduate – e.g. BFA in Design a
plus.
