Qualifications:
Requirements
* Extreme proficiency with Flash, Flex, and Action Script
* Ability to build dynamic applications
* Demonstrated ability to develop sites based on wireframes and Photoshop comps
* Experience with ASP.net, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and XML is preferred
Knowledge
* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field
* Knowledge of user-centered design principles
* Experience building data-rich applications and RIAs is a significant plus
Exposure to
* Web standards (W3C and s508)
