Position Responsibilities
- Own the design of the most impactful user interfaces - related features and participate in the product definition process with the Director of Product Management.
- Lead UX project design initiatives across the Advisor Platform suite of tools including the development of wireframes, mock-ups and other project deliverables (iRise).
- Conduct user research (focus groups, site visits and usability labs) across the organization related to advisor-facing tools.
- Translate business requirements into defined UX/UI specifications.
- Maintain standards and styles documentation including components necessary to support the use of iRise.
- Maintain Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for the entire Advisor Platform.
- Maintain Standards and Styles documentation
- Support large UX projects and in some instances, lead smaller UX projects.
- Maintain graphics library and serve as liaison between projects and graphic design service.
- Maintain UX input database.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of previous UI design experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of user research experience required including experience conducting contextual inquiry, focus groups and usability labs.
- Experience working with CSS a plus.
- Experience in the financial services industry a plus.
- Knowledge and previous experience with iRise a plus.
